We increase productivity and reduce costs while improving the quality
The dynamic development of our company is the result of continuous innovation and modernisation. Every year, we focus on optimizing a different process. This year, the attention is on automation, robotisation and cellularisation.
By using production cells, we want to reduce production space and product lead times, while obtaining faster quality feedback.
Automation increases our productivity, reduces costs on the long run – and last but not least – improves quality.
Our other big development goal is to increase the technological purity of our products. Our team is persistently working on developing and testing new systems. This includes self-developed part cleansing single-purpose machines and various other cleaning methods available on the market.
There are currently 8 individuals in our process engineering department working to achieve these goals, with the involvement and support of the peer units.
